On booking you will receive an email confirmation, please show this email to our staff on arrival.

Please note: Casual climbs are for unsupervised Sessions, please contact us if you are inexperienced and are looking for an instructed session.

Casual Unsupervised Climbing

Please Contact Us if you would like make a book, especially if you wish to come in before 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday.

Important: We only except advanced bookings to climb before 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday
Advanced bookings must be made before 8pm the day before at the latest so that we can organise the centre being open.

Please note: 

The bookings are refundable or transferable up until 48 hours before the time of the session

Within 48 hours of the session time the booking is non-refundable.

Due to the limited spaces, Kids Club bookings require 1 week notice to cancel or transfer.
