Please be aware of the following changes as we try to keep everyone safe but keep climbing enjoyable.
We ask if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 please don’t attend the centre.
Limited Capacity
We have put in capacity limits of 60 customers (including spectators) we do ask to try and minimise the number of spectators if possible.
Each area will have signs with maximum capacity for that area, if that area is at capacity try another then return at a later time.
We are implementing a 2 hour time limit and a pre-booking system, please book via our Facebook page or email climb@kilnworx.com.
We will confirm your booking or advise if we are fully booked, please check before attending.
Your Visit
To aid with track and trace we would like to have your name what time and date you’d like to book in for and the number in your group.
Upon entering the centre please sanitise your hands and follow our one way system to help with social distancing, and also sanitise before exiting!
To help with the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 we are asking for face coverings to be worn when in the centre whilst belaying and spectating but not when actively climbing on the walls, medical exemptions and under 11s aren’t required to wear a face covering.
Kids Clubs
The times of kids rockstar club have changed and are now as follows:-
- 10:00am – 11:00am
- 11:15am – 12:15pm
- 12:30pm – 13:30pm
Please try not to arrive more than 10mins before your session.
We have limited spaces for our kids club and booking is essential to prevent disappointment.
